But why create a super weapon, when there are already far too many super weapons in the game? :D

Because the tools are there and its FUN to create rather than just play a game that others designed. Its called getting involved in the RPG experience by partaking in creating a make-believe world....and also that I bought the game and I'm making the most of it.
</font>
No need to get defensive. You've bought the game, you can do with it whatever you like--from using the CDs as drink coasters to giving yourself a team comprised of Babylonian gods. :D I'm just wondering why anybody would want to give themselves more of an edge in a game that already provides an enormous edge to the player, if you follow me. That's all.

Gotcha. :D Now, what would have been nice was the ability to create your own weapon, paying so much for enchantments, imbedded spells, etc. I suggested something like that to the NWC folks who do the Might and Magic series before M&M VI. They liked the idea but never ran with it. Instead, the team at Bethesda Softworks came up with it, too, and added it to Daggerfall. My only problem there was the sheer cost involved--not so much in gold (which, being a non-linear game you could play forever, meant nothing), as in sheer boredom, because the quests for any guild quickly started repeating.

I wonder why the Bioware team never added that to BG2. Maybe it was too much trouble.

Luvian...if u think logically and even just look at the OFFICIAL site on ToB u will see it mentioned about stronger weapons then the ones in normal SoA so why do stick your annoying nose into the matter ? it isnt a spolier as it is official information..so feel free to take your remarks elsewhere !

If you think I am talking about weapons, then you completely missed my warning, wich is a good thing, since I don't want people to know what I was warning about. This was directed to some peoples who made replies that ALMOST included a spoiler.

Yes, if you read the Throne of Bhaal official site, then you won't find any spoilers in this topic, but THIS IS A SHADOW OF AMN FORUM!!! Most of the people here don't own Throne of Bhaal, and does not go read the official TOB website.

Well... Guess what is a spoiler: IT IS OFFICIAL INFORMATIONS!!!

Here is an exerpt from dictionary.com, so that you can educate yourself:

spoiler

1. A remark which reveals important plot elements from books or movies, thus denying the reader (of the article) the proper suspense when reading the book or watching the movie.

2. Any remark which telegraphs the solution of a problem or puzzle, thus denying the reader the pleasure of working out the correct answer (see also interesting). Either sense readily forms compounds like "total spoiler", "quasi-spoiler" and even "pseudo-spoiler".

If you read the rules you agreed to when you registered an account here, you would know that spoilers are not welcome if not warned of beforehand.
