Check also your browser cache settings. Usually there's different levels you can set it to. Normally I have IE set to 'auto detect' to refresh new pages, but your symptom might go away if you set the browser to refresh every time you visit a page. Course, it could always be one of those quirky MSFT glitches..

I read somewhere that rather than press F5 to refresh, press Ctrl-F5 instead, this forces a refresh from the server rather than from your cache.
