The only problem I've ever had regarding our regular posters is a certain propensity to keep beating a "dead horse", so to speak...not letting something die out. Maybe it's just human nature. I prefer to deal with something quickly and effectively, walk away, and not look back.

Personally, I hate having to delete threads, it's purely a last resort, I prefer to close threads and let them sink. Believe me, Cloudy, I would have locked it up a LOT sooner had I actually been online. Apparently, right before the "post", my wife had just come home from work, and I always go down to visit with her since we only have about an hour together at night because of our schedules.

Never mind, it got taken care of. I agree with Memnie, I'd much rather lock down a post than delete it...but there's a limit to just about everything.
