That has got to suck Moni. i have been using a cable modem for over a year now. i waited until they offered free instalation before I got my internet connection. I do not like dial-up connections.

I was tempted to try AOHellhttp://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif since I got a free disk offering something about a 50 hours free trial.

I was with them for about a month, then I quitted and signed up with another ISP, because there had been recent complaints regarding the connections and customer liabilities.

I hope you haven't let them off so easily about this?
