Speaking of useless trivia, there's actually a second picture of Hank the Ranger in the Docks district: Find the stairs and pathways that go over the roof of Mae'Var's Guildhall. Follow them north, and where they meet up with the street again, there's a lamppost, and hanging from it is a flag with--hey!
