Odd, what vidcard you using? I have a gig of ram and I get zero stuttering. I had to take one or two settings down though so unless your card is kicking you may wanna look there.

it's the 7800 gtx so I doubt that's the problem... but you never know.

Load times are here to say it seems. My PC is almost 3 years old AMD2500 Barton 1gig ram 128meg video; I found it ran pretty on mine.

Question, does it play like might and magic? or like arx fatalis?

not at all like M&M, a lot like Arx (but I like the interface a lot more than Arx... which was pretty clunky).

It seems there's a problem with some of the high end nvidia cards... the game defaults to high textures with the 7800, and it looks AMAZING... but the textures are HUGE and really want a 512 meg card and a faster pc to avoid the ginormous load times and frequent texture swaps (which is causing the stuttering).

On medium texture quality it plays nicely... too bad too because the high quality really looked awesome.
