Well, CS:S is not CS2, nor is Day of Defeat: Source Day of Defeat 2...

The v2 incarnations are likely going to be radically different, and some stretch down the road.

I've tried out Counterstrike:source... great graphics and VERY smooth gameplay (cable internet... lots of 70 ping servers).

Only problem I've got is I've never played counterstrike... so I have no idea how to get things done. Basically I end up following everyone else around and shooting whatever armed guys look different than my guys... I racked up a lot of kills but my team was consistantly losing. Don't like not being able to lean around corners either... although could be I just missed that configuration option.
