For the ring go to Frienldy Arms mouse pointer x=2554 y=3758
For the armor go to Nashkel town mouse pointer x=190 y=2745

The ring of Wiz infornt of the F. Inn in no longer there is was removed in one of the later versions. The reason was it was to powerful a item so early in the game. Not sure what version has the ring in front of the F. Inn but it was only in the origional version

I started a new game with Tales installed and the ring was still there. I haven't downloaded any patches though...
