Kakero, what I'm saying is you put it on (if its constant effect) your stats will go up, but take it off and they will go back down until you put the enchanted item back on.

No - this is a bug in the game. If you haven't patched, the added points will stay when you take the item off.

You made an earlier comment, and you must be a console kinda player.
In the PC version, prior to the patch, it's accumlitive when using CE items. That was a majoe fix in the patch.
