Thanks for the info Promethius9594 but I have traveled much of Morrowind and have not come across any. So do you know of any exact places to find them.

Tel Aruhn is one of the places where you can buy slaves.

There real reason for buying slaves is to free em. Thats what my crusader did. Think of it as a fast way to learn the message for the House Hlaau quest.
