The island in Bloodmoon is above Vvardenfell. I believe the devs have said that you can swim to it if you want.

so you can swim all the way to the island? that's cool.

ES4 is oblivion uh? so we don't get a chance to go to cyrodil? sigh..

Edit : just checked, it seems you in ES4 you start is Summerset Isle.
