The onboard was easier to software disable than to permanently remove.... Plus it is always nice to have a backup already there for recovery purposes...
It is just so frustrating to have to keep upgrading a system just to play games... The system I use at home is strictly for gaming and surfing... My graphics card isn't even a year old and it is already obselete... And I'll be darned if I am gonna keep shelling out 3 bones every 6 months for an better graphic card... But you do have to hand it to ATI for getting out updated drivers in a timely manner... |
