Why would 'it' have used this instead of normal rope? It had to slight a build to be barbarian.

Well, I am not a detective, but my suggestion would be that "it" used that rope to fool us. Hmm, listen to this: SecretMaster said that he feels magic around it, and Barb says that the creature wasnt a barbarian. So I think that the creature made the rope out of magic, and made it look like a barbarian rope, to make us believe that some barbarian did this. But Barb saw that it wasnt a barbarian, which wasnt a part of the creatures plan. So basicly, I think that a master spellcaster is behind this! And I know only of one spellcaster like that, named Fer'Gjurdan, a mind flayer mage, who lives in the city of Herjand. So I suggest that SecretMaster goes to his "contacts", one of us stay here and watches the guildhouse, and the rest go to Herjand! How about that, Barb? see ya! |
Sounds good. But if we lock up the guildhouse it will be safe enough. Now that Ryn's sword is missing, there is nothing valuable in there.

OOC>>Guys just a suggestion here. May be we could have an order of play so that we don't cross post one another. If someone has to leave they just OOC us that they are going then we don't wait for their turn to post, and same coming in they just OOC us and where ever their OOC shows up is the order they must now post.

Morgan strides into the room cooly, and looks over the rope. "i feel that this was left here as a diversion" he says. "whoever did this WANTS us to think it was the barbarians". "i have looked outside for clues, but i cannot seem to find any. if i can find some tracks or something, i can haste the party, and get us in that direction ALOT faster." " i cant tell what tracks are our, and which are his however"

WHAT!!! Madman was furious this smuggling fool had the audacity to offer him such a meagre price for the blade YOU idiot by now i am being followed i shall take this blade of ''ryn''to the highest bidder.....better be worth it those oth knigts would surely kill me for his insult
|
Morgan, I think hasting the party sounds like a good idea we just need to decide which direction to go. Although tracking sounds like a good idea, I think it would be a bit difficult if hasted. Why don't we agree on a course of action then you can haste us in the direction we decide. Barb, Sir Exxon as guild, and deputy guild leader I beleive the decision is up to you to in this matter. And I will gladly follow you both wherever you decide to lead us. With the sunlight waning Dresdan, patiently looks to his guild leaders for their words of wisdom.

Whats an OOC????

Sorry for butting in here but you look like you need some questions answered. OOC means Out Of Character, IC means In Character Dresdan - the suggestion you made would be quite helpful. Most online roleplayers do it like this: whenever you want to add to the thread but you're afraid someone else might beat you to it and mess up your storyline, simply post a message saying "MARK". This will indicate to the other players that you're about to add your reply, and they will wait for you to finish before posting themselves. Meanwhile, you can edit your "MARK" post and write the reply you intended. Save the edit, and the others will be able to continue. Think that would make your game easier Have fun, guys! |
