I think you should get Minsc, he's a powerful ranger.

well, I don't really need another warrior....

so you have 2 paladins, 1 mage, 1 thief/mage, and a fighter/cleric.

IMO you have thieving covered with jan, as well as a backup mage.
Also you don't really need a very good cleric, so anomen is good enough.
Magery is covered with Jan and Edwin.

I'd say you have two choices: You could hope that your two paladins and anomen are good enough for melee, and pickup say Aerie for more magic support; Or you could pick up another strong fighter, as that appears to be where you are weak right now. Korgan would be ideal, Minsc or Mazzy could work too.

Personally, I'd create a different PC rather than a paladin, and then go with the Aerie choice. Monk, dwarven berserker or barbarian.. Or something similar.

Mazzy, Mazzy, Mazzy, Mazzy, etc. You get where I am going with this?
She is quite hard all round really and some of her special abilities are quite handy. The only problem being her slight lack of character. You can tell who she is supposed to "be" but it doesn't get as involving as some of the other npcs.
