i usually REDUCE THEM TO 12 HIT POINTS AND DROP THE LEVEL TO ZERO, THEN I START UP A GAME, THEN SAVE IT IMMEDIATELY. THEN EXIT OUT AND GO BACK TO SHADOW KEEPER AND SET THEIR XP BACK TO NORMAL. THEN WHEN I LOAD THE GAME AGAIN THEY ARE WHATEVER CLASS I SET THEM ASS WITH ALL THE ABILITIES THEIR XP ALLOWS.
