In my opinion, Equaliser is a disappointment. Celestial Fury is a pretty cool weapon though.

You can get their stats from the following link. Equaliser is under Long Swords, Celestial Fury is under Katanas.

Its on the dead body of one of the enemies on the top floor of the guarded compound (seems to me its the thief?)
