Please quit your whining, if you can't see them as the joke they are and most people here do, then don't use them... or leave, I dont really care.

Whats next, Dogowners complaining about Choc overexpoxsure?
Sheesh lighten up people!

Shagrat, I've used the "moonie" icon myself recently in some of my KFA vs. ALSB posts, but it was to add to the humor of the situation. Tone of the post has a lot to do with it. Out of curiosity, are YOU offended by the icons you cite?

Shagrat, Andrewas is completely correct. You shouldn't be complaining about hypocracy when you claim to be a half-orc. Anyone knows that the real Shagrat was a full orc in the service of Mordor.

Get it straight.

No toleration for incorrect Tolkien lore... especially with the movie opening soon: 19 Dec 01.

Doh, my characters name is actually Shagrot, not Shagrat, I used the name Shagrat for this forum by mistake.

I think i may have had a half-elf named Legolas once, of all ungodly things, i hang my head and shame and swear to never do it again.

It's not being hypocritical. It depends on how you use those smileys. In fun, yes. If it's to insult myself or someone else, then that's not acceptable. Smileys are used to help people determine the mood and tone of your post, since we're all interacting over the internet. That's why I asked who they were directed to. You never answered my question, by the way.
