Only if he does a thing like this again. I think people deserve a warning before getting banned. Its just fair and it gives them a chance to defend themselves.

Mario, I do agree with Wurm that it seems a bit unnecessary to quote this guy literally - why are we even admonishing him if we quote him ourselves? Frankly I was surprised to see that, while the topic was locked, the language, both in the original post as well as in the quote, was still there. Surely the whole point is that we don't want any kids reading them? I'm glad to see you've edited your quote here, I haven't checked yet if the same was done in the original thread.

come on Darth Bob, you have to give the guy a warning - hey someone could have posted in his name (its possible, given windows, ahem, "security"). of course if he dosent respond at some point then it must be assumed he does not have a defence and therefore should be banned.
