I am not so far there as a Sorcerer, but I heard you get a golem and few apprentices to work for you (later).

Oh aprentices and a golem sounds fun. But as a stronghold, I was expecting something like a wizard tower or mage guild something like that. Planar Sphere is a strange place a little bit creepy, yes creepy it's. Playing bard can be funny.

Favourite so far is the Planar Sphere, but the Bard's one sounds interesting. Paladins have interesting subquests, but their stronghold leaves a lot to be desired.

Heh, the main quests for the Planar Sphere is the training of three apprentices. If you are cold-hearted, you can make them forge powerful items for you, but at the expense of their lifes.

Should they survive, there will be a graduation ceremony. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif After some time after that, you will be given a quest to assassinate a magic-hater, and after all this, one of your apprentice will return to 'work' for you. He will make a batch of potions for you once a week.

The Beholder doesn't counts, because everybody will have it happen to them anyway, irregardless of whether they are a Mage or Barbarian.

And it has never helped me fight the magic-haters before... ...
