Oh man aerie is definatly the most annoying npc. Anomen has a bad rep for some reason. I have a romance with aerie for the 2nd time and now when I hear that sappy music start I so pissed! Its like we just got through a bloody battle people are dead or barely hanging onto their lives and she is like oh *sob* I cracked a nail! I like its called a nail file deal with it!
Keldorn,Minsc and Jan are the easiest to get along with I think. Jan is totaly entertaining,Keldorn doesn't ever say annoying or negative things to you and Minsc is just Minsc hehe.

lousy no good Aerie and Jaheira haters. they both are cool. although it would be nice if 1 of them was just single classed.

No wonder for such a malevolent person like Jaheira...

Speaking seriously, I think BioWare did a brilliant job developing NPC's personalities. Rare game can offer a set of NPC's that actually evokes some emotions - we can find some of them annoying and torturing our nerves, some - pitiful, some - nice and sweet (just look at this thread with its different opinions), no matter what exactly we think about NPC's, the main thing is that we are not indifferent about them.

Aerie and jaheira are annoying i got both of them in my party with my evil monk just to hear them whine as i gave them both the quivering palm neither were ever heard from again

Imoen is THE MOST annoying npc in the whole game.
