Okay, okay, I found the arms and legs, but I cannot find the torso. If it is in the bridge district I must have just overlooked something because I thought I went over that place with a fine tooth comb. If anyone wants to fill me in even more that you guys have I will be thankful. Well I am going to look again anyway so....Wulp, I will be back in a little while if I can't find the torso.

Head over to the Bridge District, where you'll enter another unmarked house right next to Delosar's Inn (x=1599 y=3354). Proceed to the basement and you'll come to another tomb, where you'll find yourself in battle with an Elemental Lich.
This building is the same building that twisted rune quest is in, just a different door (twisted rune if you have not done it is another must do quest in my opinion. for the experience of doing it and for the staff of magi). the door you want for this building is not the door facing the water, but the door facing the building directly next to it.
