LOL! You could use the special weapons created for killing dragons as well. That would be the dragon scale shield, the dragon's bane, etc. They inflict more damage to the dragon..

In the foul darkness one figure will emerge to save the world from evil and despair.... Light flashes as his sword comes down, and thunder rolls through the sky when he points his sword up to heaven to signal his victory....People whisper his name as he walks by, evil tries to hide as they sense his presence nearby.... His name? Link......

My thief (Imoen) is also my Mage. She has the robe of vecna (what a great item), so should she wear the armour or give it to another NPC (or sell it). Thanks.

Lower resistance is about the only spell I don't have. I can't use any 6th level spells with any of my mages (Edwin and Aeirie) either so that sucks. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif Iwould use cloudkill but, he moves around to much for it to affect him. I tried using web; that didn't work. so I guess I'm screwed right?

Do you have summoning spells? o_O?

I have defeated the Shadow Dragon before when my average party level was only 9-10. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Basically, get summons to distract the Dragon from the front while your melee party members attack from the back.

Your archers and mages should be shooting and casting from as far as possible.

As summons die, summon more.

Oh, and as a personal tip, when your melee party member hits 50% Hp, drink a potion. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Follow these basic rules and no Dragon should prove too difficult a fight.

NO NO NO you all do it soooo wrong.. one easy step to kill Firkragg and the shadow dragon!! W/O damage to your party.

Just blind the silly sobs (how i just killed firkragg the second time!! (just make sure your mage has blind (1st level spell) and once he is blinde buff up your party and let em loose. summon monsters if you want....
