Why is the Mace of disruption on the list ?

I found a mace called the Mace of disruption but I did ot need to go to Cromwell to make it ? Am I missing something ?

What are the stats of the mace you are talking about ?

The Mace of Disruption can be found in the game, but Cromwell can *upgrade* it for you. In order to do this you need the real Illithium Ore from the Sir Sarles quest. You can obtain it by 1. giving Sir Sarles the fake ore 2. Killing Sir Sarles after giving him the real ore or 3. pickpocketing him after you've given him the ore.
