I think I killed the Kangaxx lich,but now he became a Demi lich,and he shoots green stuff that kills me in one hit every time,I can't even approach him.What protection do I need so I won't die??

Get Protection vs undead available at all good temples in limited supplies... If you have a berserker it might help to put him in the bersek mode!!

Tips:
1) Berserker, the enrage ability makes him/her immune to imprisonment (that's the killer spell the demi-lich cast at you)
2) Spell Immunity, cast this on your tank and pick the Adjuration school magic
3) You will need +4 or better weapon to hurt him (e.g. Crom Faeyr, Warblade, Holy Avenger, Wave, Mace of Disruption (upgraded), Daystar ... etc), or you can get a fire elemental and cast spell immunity on it
4) Others have said traps also work on it, but I usually use a berserker/mage, so all I need is to enrage my PC and smash it with Crom Faeyr.

Thanx for the advice,I put a protection vs the undead and it worked perfectly,I come up to that Lich,and he doesn't even attack me hehe.So than I just gave him some hits and he died easily.Also I gained 55000 experience,that's the most I got so far for killing 1 enemy(2nd place is the unseeing eye which gave me 30000 experience).

I have met the elemental and shade lich and taken those parts
