Actualy Black Lotus is a drug, You see it in Tintin (Le lotus noir) and Conan the barbarian when Conana and his thief friend get high and Conan smaches the head of a camel.

If I recall (I could be wrong) Black Lotus is Optium.

I played Magic when in magazine, the 5 mox were 30$ and black lotus 50$ !!!and dual land 5$ (US-Can) And now when I see the prices ,. I cry !! I had all of them at that time !!! But now, more cheap it is to buy the encyclopedia cd rom when you can play online with others .. With all cards in the world.
