Hmmm... board problems? This answered a few of my questions and I wish I'd been able to read it prior to my post. Unfortunately, without posting a new message, I could read no posts that were created after 6 March. I tried changing the "Show Topics" field but to no avail (6 March was the date of my last post, I think). Anyhow, thanks for the dragon slaying info. My apologies for my (semi) repeat post.

You're not meant to open the door. Finding the alternative route is part of the quest. As for the Shadow Dragon, I agree, don't use traps or Ctrl-Y. As for the statue you mention, it's part of a later sub-quest if Bodhi vamps your loved one
