What is ICQ? Telephone number?

No, ICQ is an online chat program. There are a lot of different ones out there, but it's one of the most popular. You can either look up a person by their number or handle. The number is easier to use though, cause there can be more than one person with the same handle. With ICQ, while you are on-line, it will tell you when someone else with ICQ comes on-line too. This works in reverse too. It's a LIVE way of talking to someone. They have multi-chat, where you can make your own room and let others chat in it, or you can direct connect to someone else and type to them. It also has the capability to send files and/or pics to each other. You can even send sound to the person too. You can play games online and a lot more. Overall, a pretty decent program that doesn't cost ya nothing. I haven't been on ICQ since Rikard earlier, but will try to get on in a few.
