Down the sewers you need to gain four items:

The Lover's Ring on the wall
The STINKING HAND FROM THE GRATE (which is what I think you've got)
Shaman's Staff from the Kobolds
And the blood of Quallo's Carrion Crawler

Then put them in the correct order in the correct pipes by following the clues on each pipe = it's easy............then you get Lilacor.

As I said earlier - I had this particular hand till I left the Underdark!! Think about the flies on that!!
