on this 2nd class as a kit thing - i reckon that a ranger -> priest of helm would have resources to spare . . .
|
its fair enough to change into a kit i think. i think it makes more sense to dual into a kit than into a normal class
|
Kobald/rat/chicken=unbeatable ;)
you get the "Yippieness" of the Kobald, the reproduction rate of the rat and the ermm..... featherness of the chicken...... lol, actually, I thought wild mages were pretty powerfull, especially if you are very lucky ;) |
the gibberling/kobold/Xvart is unstoppable! except when it faces the Kobold/rat/chicken... then it is beaten.
I personnaly like an elven assasin... |
I think not being allowed to dual into a kit helps preserve game balance, so I would not allow it - but I also wouldn't frown on anyone else doing it, don't think it's a huge deal. It's about the same as getting a custom kit from a mod really.

What about an otherwise valid selection blocked by the game such as Archer->Cleric I mentioned a few posts back. I personally don't see anything wrong with it, but it's not allowed. I think that this could be a strong combo. As slinger reasonably powerful in itself, but with the combined spells of clerics and druids. Not to mention the devastation of Energy Blades under Called Shot.
|
But apparently it's not a valid selection... And I'm no expert, but I really do think this has something to do with it.
arch·er (ärchr) n. One that shoots with a bow and arrow And Called Shot seems intended with... you know... a bow and arrow. Or even a sling. Not Energy Blades... It all seems awfully sketchy to me. |
Illumina, I just know you've got some deep, meaningful reason for dredging up a topic from all the way back in 2001....

Maybe he's thought of an intelligent anwser and wanted everyone to see?
