One question: Would it be advisable for a relative newbie (played the game 3 years ago) to use your mod?

I just started with a probably non-optimal party (Valkyrie, Monk, Bard, Gadgeteer, Alchemist, Bishop) and was a bit surprised by the amount and level of monsters that I encountered in the monastery (several feys, rats, rogues, etc.). Needless to say that I did not survive long... :)

Anyway, the mod sounds interesting, more gadgets would be cool, mini-bosses too, but if the level of difficulty stays the same I think I will stay with the original game.

If you're new, I'd say go with the original game. You'll have much fun then playing the mod afterwards, and the mod definitely is quite a bit harder than the game.

Yeah, I can't imaging doing that with other games as well.. but Wizardry is different, even more with this mod [img]smile.gif[/img] Enjoy!
