I would say level 13, but straight after you dual go to the thief stronghold and pck those locks for EXP.

You can backstab with a particular staff in ToB which is what Dundee's getting at. It makes a mess!

Dual a kensai to thief at lvl 13 so you can grandmaster, get attacks from lvls 7 and 13, get bonus +4 to hit, +4 damage, -3 speed factor and 3 KAI abilities. Grandmaster in 2-handed swords and use a particually powerful sword designed for Paladins when you use any item.

I wouldn't recommend dualling at level 20 because you'll be waiting *ages* for those fighting skills, especially if your having a few party members to split the XP

I would have your party members wait for you while you go through the shadowthieves warehouse, so you can keep all that yummy exp for yourself... Hmm and good luck [img]smile.gif[/img]

If you dual from a Kensai, will you be able to wear armor when the thief level surpasses the kensai?

With Use Any Item, why not? ;)

When EXACTLY do you get Use Any Item? Is it a level thing or is it a ToB thing? Can you use just 1 item of your choice that is not normally allowed, or can you stack him?

I have been hearing alot about this skill, but it hasn't come up in my game yet.

Use Any Item is a ToB special ability and removes all class and alignment restrictions from items.

Assuming that you dualled at level 13, you can get it at level 18 on your Thief side.

You start getting high level abilities when you level up and your current total combined Xp is 3,000,000+

Is use any item a fighter ability at high level or is it just a Kensai ability?
