Well in any case, the pop-up ads only show up if you click on broken links, and I guarantee they will drop drastically once everything is up and running. That would be when I bump this thread up in a few days.

Looks good so far bro...but get rid of all that crap spawn stuff. Every click I get three pages loading on my system.....one of them spawned pages...so I completely lost your site....and one even tried to make itself my homepage.

If there is one way to loose interest in your site....thats the way to do it.

I did analyse your website a little. In fact it's a peace of cake to get ride of the ads without breaking the "reals" too much. Juste toggle a little with the CSS and you will be freed of your ads Also if it's well done you can align the top of your page with the browser making a better frame.

If you want some help let me know. I also ereased the ads on my home pages and never got a problem.

I just hope I don't get fired on this board:

Ads integrated in the page on Angelfire:
****************************************
<!-- My anti pop-up fight hehehehe ) -->
<script type = "text/javascript">
<!--
function open () { }
//-->
</script>

Ads integrated in the page on topcities:
****************************************
<!-- My anti pop-up fight hehehehe ) -->
<style>
CENTER {
position : absolute;
visibility : hidden;
}
</style>

You must place the code on the very top of the page just after the HEAD tag.

Oi! It's still active.

Well I did bitch to Topcities about their banners and how they were placed (including the numbers). Generally, their codes would run with one thin banner line up top and an occassional pop-up in every other page downloaded. Lately, they've been adding additional ad banners in addition to that.

Oh well. I may have to go with that code. I'll e-mail you about it soon.

Anyway, I just started with the FAQ and here's what it looks like so far:

It work well with me. I use IE 6 and now your ad on the top of the page is gone :D

Under Mizilla 0.9.9 there is a trouble with the iframe tag. So you should copy the same code of the IFRAME tag.

On Opera 6 it's OK. Ad is gone as well.
