This is true only if your game is unpatched. One of the patches fixed this error. :( I had been looking forward to getting the extra XP and was wondering why I hadn't had the opportunity until I read a thread somewhere that clarified the issue for me. Unfortunately most of the people who mention the respawning of Brekek neglect to mention the part about the patches.

This sounds like BG2 - SoA. In BG2-SoA, there is a room where Brain Golems would keep on spawning until you kill the master Brain... I got several thousands of Brain Golem kills in here... my fighter got rings of rejuv and I literrally left the computer running overnight..

I wonder if there is such a situation in W8 wherein guards - loads and loads of guards kept spawning for you to kill... hmmm.... I remember there is this TRang teleporter wherein young TRang would keep on coming one at a time.... Can i just simply go hostile on the Trang and kill kill kill every young Trangs that comes out of the teleporter? hehehe...
