Ebon Staff is nice for a spellcaster, but really, those guys shouldn't be meleeing enough to make a difference.

My Bishop can do 25+ damage with that staff when he's forced to use it and there have been times when I have depended on him to make the final blow (everyone else paralized, unconscious or asleep) and he has come through. :D
