Okay, results are out. I am right, the game does take the average of the two. Stupid as the logic may be, but that is the case.

I made 4 Thieves,

Thief 1: 200/200( MS/HiS)
Thief 2: 20/250
Thief 3: 250/15
Thief 4: 125/125

Now, logic dictates that Thief 3 would fail horribly at going Stealth, but that is not the case. Surprisely, Thief 4 was the one who fared the 'worse'.

Funky huh? ;)

Each Thief was given 10 tries to try to go into Stealth, all got 10 out of 10 except Thief 4 who got 9 out of 10.
