We saw it last weekend... the wife and boys loved it, I enjoyed it but probably would have been just as happy waiting for video.

From this Wikipedia article:
Mephistopheles (also Mephisto, Mephistophilus, Mephist, Mephistophilis, Mephostophiles, Mephostophiel, Mephisophilus, and Mephistovic) is a name given to one of the chief demons of Christianity appearing in European literary traditions. While the name is frequently used as an alternative form of Satan or the Devil, it evolved during the Renaissance; the name Mephistopheles makes no appearance in the Bible.

The name is associated with the story of Faust, a scholar who sold his soul to the demon Mephistopheles for knowledge. There have been a number of attempts to guess the source from which the name is derived.

I tend to agree with the first review, The movie was pure camp, and Nic Cage can't do a texan accent at all, it was entertaining, but I rank it slightly above Daredevil in my Superhero movie rating.

Hahaha do those reviews appear in any magazine or news paper, or are they just pulled out of the vastness of the world wide web?

Satan's bounty hunter burns competition
Quote:

...The comic-book adaptation "Ghost Rider" burned the competition at the weekend box office, fending off a rush of new movies to rake in $19.7 million in its second week, according to studio estimates Sunday.

The Sony film starring Nicolas Cage as a motorcycle stuntman turned Satanic bounty hunter continued its momentum after debuting last week with $52 million over the four-day President's Day weekend, the biggest opening ever for that holiday....
Will there be a sequel? Definitely...
