Well here is a picture of the Round one final fight between Amanah and Anah.
Amana came out on top. http://img103.imageshack.us/img103/1...inal1wa.th.jpg |
I'm back on line now and I see a few of the Round 1 matches are still to be played.
Any chance of re-entering the competition? |
Yeah for sure Greything.
PM me and your other opponent and we can get you back into the swing of things. |

Well we have some new results in.
Firstly Milmar Drake will face off with Timur Lenke and Kadan will still face off with Gettin Whipped. Milmar Drake should be fighting tomorrow night AEST. Secondly Marathon managed to aviod the death attacks and poisoned blade of Amelia Britanicus to move onto the second round. Hopefully screenshots to come soon. Brackets will be updated tonight. |
Alright, The Zen-Don vs Chara Telure match is due to begin in the next 1/2 hour if I did my time zone conversions correctly!
Then Zen-Don's evil twin, Zen-Don ;) will be fighting Hindmost only a short few (5?) hours later. I assume we'll meet at Durnan's eh? Where exactly is the arena we'll be fighting in? BTW- Xiphias, I'm available all day, and aside from an hour or two of lawn work and gardening, I can start our match earlier if you want. I'm quite flexible. Looking forward to the battles.... |
Not entirely against the bookmakers' expectations, Zen-Don found himself outmatched by Chara Telure. She matched him spell for spell, and went a little further yet.
I've sent my screens to TDC. |
Indeed, today Zen-Don lived up to his newly-founded reputation as a top-notch dier. :D
In the first match he fell to Chara Telure in 2 rounds. And against Hindmost in the second match, he also fell in 2 rounds. Congrats to my opponents, Legolas and Xiphias, for thier victories, You are both excellent and gracious sportsmen. I look forward to our unofficial rematches after Zen-Don reaches his potential. |
In the first round, Chara countered Zen-Don's initial timestop spell, which
might have won him a victory otherwise. After testing her enemy's strength for a time, she paralyzed him where he stood, and ended the fight with a series of stab wounds from her dagger. In the second round, Zen-Don attempted to drain her magic but found she had more reserves than he himself possessed. He changed tactics, using his bow to attack her and his stealth to run circles, but he was not fast enough escaping a blindly fired ice-storm. An easy victory for the level 34 sorceress, a brave effort by the 18/2 wizard/archer. http://img321.imageshack.us/img321/2...inal3mu.th.jpg [ 07-12-2005, 07:37 PM: Message edited by: T-D-C ] |
