I'm just starting to play NWN, someone mentioned a monk's Ki attacks? In BG2 there were only 2, how many are there now?

Halfling Ranger/Rogue/Fighter 15/3/2 with too high dex too wear light armor without being "restricted," weapon finesse and those two cool short swords I got at the final battle... and constant haste-effect from his robe, pretty cool little bugger really [img]smile.gif[/img]

Um... No one likes the druid why is that?

I voted for the cleric; a very well-rounded class. Can fight well enough, can wear any armor, with one feat (Weapon Proficiency-Martial) can use all of the weapons a warrior can, much improved spells over previous editions. Add turn undead, and the class is just very solid. Oh, and don't forget the Harm spell (the best spell against big monsters, especially the ones that give up if you injure them too much).

I'm a little surprised that the wizard is beating out the sorcerer. I remember a time when everyone was praising sorcerers on this board, stating how much better they are than wizards. Why the change?

Going with the Paladin, I guess its the whole "holy knight" on a quest thing... I think that people like wizards more because they can have a spell for any situation, and while they dont get as many uses for spells, its no trouble to rest for a minute to get the spells back.

Come on people! The druid is a decent class...
The char can act as a healer, offencive as needed, and it can even tank a bit witht he transformation...

Transformation's suck.

Why ?

Because you cant use any equipment. Not even a lowly healing potion.

Even a tensors transformation the idea was you could use the weapon in your hand, but NOOOOOOOO, bioware changed that, you now get some kind of Tensors Sword instead.....

This is why druids suck. Their shape shift ability has been gutted like a dire boar facing a dragon. Once that's neutrilized, what do you have ? A maybe cleric want to be with no spell swaping for heal ability, no turning undead, and no domains.
