The first time through I pickpocketed him. However, you don't get the XP from winning that way. I had a female half orc as well (he wouldn't drink with my 20 Con dwarf) who had a little to say about being called "lass". I thought it w2as hilarious how you could keep coming back to the tavern (up until the "fetch the gang" part) and the Barbarian would still be spewing his cookies.

any non-dwarf with a con of 16 or better can win the drinking game, but only after you've cleared out all the goblins in the area. least that's what i've found out.

There has to be some racial modifier, because like I said, my thiefling thief with 16 con lose at first round, but my 14 con human fighter last 3 rounds.
