Wow how ever did you finish it i'm using a level 10 fighter full up with champions strength,
stoneskin, barkskin,ghost armor and haste and i'm having real trouble at rank 5. I only once tried
rank 10 got an apocalyptic boneguard and died before finding out what could do decent damage.

The items you get from Battle Square are NOT random. They are the same no matter the order you do the levels in a rank. To complete the rank you need to beat all the levels of that rank in any order you want.

The items you get for beating each level of a rank are random however. It could even be exp, and not an item. The Rank prizes are set.
