I love this armour and use the import character thing to get about 3 or 4 pairs. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Vexing Thought's armor provides some great bonuses against cold damage which can be really useful in certain parts of the game. It's not the best defensive armor though; so losing it is not that big of a deal.
