I can't find this "Switch" I keep hearing about, and the door to the upper right passage is nor opened...could anyone please give me a more specific location for this switch?

Where exactly are you?? The troublesome passage and the switch are on two different levels, which may account for some of the confusion.

I think Vampyre is stick on the first level.

There is no secret door. This is a common problem, and is caused by the fact that the entrance to the right hand corridor is obscured by the wall.

Just look at your map. The entrance to the right hand corridor is symmetrical with the one on the left hand side. Walk along the edge of the right wall and a bit of the corridor should be "unfogged", showing you the way in.

As I said, there is no door, just an obscured opening.
