hmmm i guess i am more of a person who love meaningful games and most of all i love forgotten realms RPG. i know it may seem unfair toward diablo but i really find it boring and meaningless. i don't think diablo uses any handpainted stuff, AD&D is the only game i know which does that best.

Well another IWD reply this time serious

IWD is a game which looks much more like planescape than diablo
it's importent to know the 2 games are nothing alike
IWD is a game which is more talking and character grow than diablo
but diablo has much more action
Thats already been said so it's not very importent anymore

Diablo does have handpainted objects, actually it's al handpainted and placed over eachother
and as for the replayablity of diablo
i know people who are about to kill diablo for the sixth time
It's really what kind of game you prefer what sould decide which game to buy

If you do want to buy iwd do remember Baldur's Gate is A wonderfull game which in gameplay is better than
IWD and it's more of a real RPG
And your work in BG won't be useless as you can continue your character in BG2
