Ah, so it was Sarevok screaming that.. I didn't quite recall at first, but now I do recall, indeed it was him, when telling him to attack.. As for Melissan.. I didn't actually see her myself saying that (or I have forgotten it), but I think I saw her saying it on one of the screenshots. But on who's and where.. I have to ponder, I am still rather new in ToB :D
