The new fogotten Realms campaign setting book contains detailed maps for the continent of faerun and a small map of all of Toril. You'll need these if you want the most up to date maps. I don't have them in digital version though.

The map I've been sending everyone is 2nd E. I haven't seen 3rd E maps, but I doubt if much has changed in the landscape.
