Basically, it's a big armor with a very low AC, a gun and ammo for it. Personally i've never used it. I found it to overpowered and even clumsy in use and i mean c'mon a gun ?

The big metal unit is armor with -10 AC, 5% magic resistance and it is not considered magical, so you can also use a ring/amulet or cloak of protection along with it. It is usable by just about any class. It makes you look like a juggernaut golem on the main screen too, but I have heard that you can't get through small doorways though, just like a large golem. I think you also get the increase movement rate too. The ammo for it lets you cast the equivalent of Agganazzar's Scorcher, Pulse balls of energy (?fireball) and Frag Skulls, which are like explosive charges with splash damage. Most of this is from the Versus Books guide, which is fairly accurate.
