Yeah, but he asked specifically about all the good choices. ;)
The evil paths are far more rewarding and useful IMHO. Minus of course the problem of becoming a Fallen Ranger. [ 04-12-2006, 07:20 PM: Message edited by: True_Moose ] |
Isn't there some a bracer or something that gives 18 dexterity? You would be just fine as an Archer.
|
you would be better off with the bracers of archery, i think. and the low CHA could easily be brought up to 18.
|
Well, the Bracers would add +2 to hit. An 18 DEX would add +2 to hit, as well as -4 to AC. But if I ever do play this character out, I'll probably use the Archery bracers, because the DEX bracers help out a tank much more than an archer who will hopefully never enter melee combat.
|
good point klorox. Keldorn would be most benefited by the boost to dex, as it is quite low. Whenever i take him, i always slap those bracers on him.

Brawling Bracers (= Bracers of dexterity), with the minimum strenght of ranger he isn't that weak. In BG2 a belt can still be done for strength and the ring of human influence. Voila 22 strenght, 18 Dex, 18 Cha. Your wisdom and con are reasonable as minimum of ranger is reasonably up there (this overrights lowest possible score of elf to my knowledge). You only remain as dumb as a horse it's arse... good luck roleplaying...

8 INT (9 in BG2) isn't that low. I know it's below average, but c'mon!

Deathangel, you're not only wrong, you're wrong twice! ;) And we've been over this already!
The minimum INT and CHA of an Elf are 8. |
