I was referring to the note that you find in the layer, and the lack of explaination of the hidden in jan's quest, i thought it may have been intended to link to the underdark, as it seems to be a report to a superior, IIRC.

<font color=plum>BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! I seriously hope not, <font color=white>Link</font>. I FINALLY got my main PC fixed - once and for all - I HOPE!!! I just finished re-installing BG2 and the Mods on it last week and I haven't even played any games on it yet (other than to have my Skald get his lost levels restored by the Temple of Lathandar after completing the Unseeing Eye Cult - that was cool because he hit level 24 and got his first HLA!!! [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] ).

All the other games I've played have been on the backup PC - including ALL of the adventures of my solo Skald. It might be some kind of bug with that particular game, because Kuriosan actually spawned unexpectedly on me in another game I have with a Jester PC named "Joker" (yes, THAT "Joker"). I had given him Malakar in the Chateau because he was getting his BUTT kicked even with the NPC's backing him up. It never occurred to me that Malakar would cause Kuriosan to spawn, but he did. We fought him to a draw and he ran before we could clinch our victory, but I have a feeling he will show up again sometime.

So I am REALLY baffled as to why Kurio hasn't shown up for my Skald. I mean, I actually have the sword that is supposed to attract his attention, and I have gone around the city practically waving it in the air like a flage and saying "Here Acid Kensai, here boy, come get the pretty sword". Whistle. Whistle. Whistle. "Heeeeeere acid kensai, come on boy, come get it."

I don't know WHAT the deal is with this dude. Obviously he must realize that he is simply no match for my Skald and has chosen the better part of valor (run, run away). [img]graemlins/cool.gif[/img] </font>

Cerek: what UB version you using?

<font color=plum>According to the Set-Up screen, it is Weidu version 163. I went to <font color=white>Pocket Plane</font> to download all the Mods (though some of the Mirrors pointed me back to Weimer's download site), so this is the latest version to the best of my knowledge.</font>

What version of Unfinished Business, though? If it's the latest version (13), which is sounds like it probably is, I'll have a look into it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'll make a note to see what's wrong, then... Though I'm pretty sure the Kuroisan problems aren't anything to do with us.
