I always complete all of the quests (I love screwing over both the Matron Mother and Phare (sp?)), give the dragon back her eggs, then when she brings me to the doors I go through them and clean out the other area. Once that is done, I'm loaded down with drow equipment. I go sell it to the gnomes, then go back and wipe out the drow (hey, I killed all of their competition off doing the other quests; I need to maintain the balance ;) ). Sell their stuff to the gnomes, then leave for the surface.

I think a good character would not want to sacrifice the silver dragon eggs. I'd at least get the eggs before going Rambo on the place.
