Yeah but if they are taken from tje 3ed edition rulset why doesn`t their power have base on CHR?

Its probably got something to do with the way the game's been hard coded. To "balance" it out, they made it so their power isnt based on intelligence, either :D

I recently finished a game with a sorceror. I beefed up Intelligence and Wisdom to 18, Dexterity and Constitution were modest, charismas was 10 or 12, and strength was at 12. Why was my strength so low? Because I can use a belt to have my strength at 19 instead, or higher if I use a different girdle. Charisma was low because, A: I didn't care for it, my soreror wasn't my party leader anyway, and B: Ring of Human Influence does the trick. Once I got the ring of regeneration, I ditched the ring of human influence.
